Beast Kingdom: Egg Attack, Dynamic 8ction Heroes and D-Stage Explained

Beast Kingdom makes four kinds of figures, and every box carries a letter code that tells you which: EAA for small posable Egg Attack figures, DAH for larger Dynamic 8ction Heroes, DS for D-Stage dioramas and MC for Master Craft statues. The grid above holds every Beast Kingdom listing we track on Amazon US. Read the code before the character name. It tells you whether the figure moves, how big it runs and whether it comes with a scene.

What Beast Kingdom makes

Beast Kingdom makes licensed figures in four main families, and the code on each box tells you which family you're holding. The company's corporate site lists them by code and Chinese name: Egg Attack (EA), Dynamic 8ction Heroes (DAH), D-Stage (DS) and Master Craft (MC). The Amazon US titles in our data carry the same codes, followed by a number, like EAA-098 or DS-039.

In our data, Beast Kingdom covers action figures, statues and vinyl figures. When we pulled the data in October 2026, the grid held a little over 50 listings. The action figures are the Egg Attack Action and Dynamic 8ction Heroes rows. The statues are D-Stage dioramas, Master Craft pieces and a couple of D-Select figures.

The licenses are wide. The grid holds Marvel, DC, Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Peanuts, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Line Friends, Despicable Me and a fighting game called Samurai Shodown. We name them because the listings do. That's all we say about them.

The four Beast Kingdom lines

Egg Attack Action (EAA): small and posable

Egg Attack is Beast Kingdom's stylized line, and the corporate site splits it into sub-series: MEA (mini figures), EAA (articulated figures), EAF (a magnetic floating series) and JEA (giant statues). The Egg Attack rows in our grid are all EAA, the articulated kind.

What the EAA listings state:

Six inches is the size of a lot of figure lines, so EAA figures can share a shelf height with them. The style is the difference. Egg Attack figures are stylized, not realistic, so they look like a set among themselves more than they look like a row with realistic 6-inch figures.

Dynamic 8ction Heroes (DAH): bigger and posable

DAH is the larger posable line. The listings with a stated height give 8 inches for The Dark Knight Returns Batman (DAH-043), 7.8 inches for The Batman Who Laughs (DAH-063), and 8 inches for the two San Diego 2025 PREVIEWS Exclusive DC figures, Composite Superman and Lobo (Deluxe Ver.).

Articulation where stated: 26 points on The Batman Who Laughs, 22 on Composite Superman and Lobo, 20 on The Flash (2023) (DAH-083), 18 on both Disney's Fantasia Mickey listings.

DAH listings are generous with parts, and they say so:

One listing states an edition size: Gandalf the Grey is "Limited to 3,000 pieces," per the listing. We print that because the listing does, not because it means anything for value.

D-Stage (DS): dioramas you don't pose

D-Stage is the scene line. A diorama is a figure set into a small sculpted setting, so the figure, base and background are one display piece. The corporate site also lists a mini version of the line (MDS).

The D-Stage rows in our grid: Snow White (DS-013), Marvel Comics Phoenix (DS-022), the Wreck-It Ralph 2 Jasmine, Snow White and Rapunzel (DS-025 to DS-027), Frozen II Anna (DS-039), DC Comics Joker (DS-034, listed as "PX 6in"), E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (DS-089), Disney Classics Aladdin (DS-075), Disney Classics The Lion King (DS-076), Lilo & Stitch Stitch (DS-004) and two Line Friends dioramas (DS-103 Love Letter and DS-104 Sports Club).

Most D-Stage listings in our data don't state a height. The Joker title's "6in" is the only size in the group. Plan by the box, not by a guess.

The grid also has a Diorama Props Dining Table (DP-003). It's a prop, not a figure, made to go into a scene. It's also the only piece of furniture I own that's in scale with anything. The casita's actual table is in scale with nothing.

Master Craft (MC) and D-Select

Master Craft is the statue line: Pinocchio (MC-025), Despicable Me Gru's Car (MC-022), Stan Lee: The King of Cameos (MC-030), DCEU Batman Modern Suit (MC-071) and Peanuts Snoopy (MC-084). These sit in Beast Kingdom's higher price tiers in our data, with Gru's Car near the top.

Two figures carry the D-Select name in their titles: Iron Man 3 Mark 42 (DS-016SP) and Avengers Infinity War Thanos (DS-014). Thanos sits in the brand's lowest tier in our grid. The Harry Potter Hogwarts Express Diorama Track 9 3/4 is a diorama listing without a line code in its title.

The extra letters after the number

Some codes end in more letters, and the titles tell you part of the story:

If two listings share a number but not the letters, treat them as two different products and compare the parts lists line by line.

Read the code, then the character

Here's my one opinion for this page: search Beast Kingdom by the code, not by the character's name. The reason is right there in the grid. Fantasia Mickey has two listings, DAH-041 and DAH-041DX, and they come with different parts. Snow White shows up as DS-013 and again as DS-026. Batman appears in DAH-043, MC-071 and as The Batman Who Laughs in DAH-063. Type the character and you get a pile. Type the code and you get one box.

Theo saw my list of codes taped to the casita fridge. "EAA, DAH, DS, MC. That's a vocabulary quiz with four words on it. I give quizzes with forty." He offered to make flash cards. I said no. He made them anyway. They're under a magnet on the fridge, and a four-card deck is the only study set I've ever finished.

How to pick a Beast Kingdom figure

Do you want to pose it?

How much shelf do you have?

An 8-inch DAH figure in a wide action pose takes more room than its height suggests, especially with wings, capes or a long weapon. The Batman Who Laughs lists wings and a long-handled sickle. Gandalf has a sword. Measure the shelf width, not just the height.

Dioramas take depth. A D-Stage piece is a scene, so it has a back and a front. Leave room behind it if you want to see the whole thing.

How many parts do you want to manage?

A DAH Deluxe is a box of options: heads, hands, effects, props. If you enjoy swapping parts, that's the appeal. If you'd rather set a figure once and leave it, a D-Stage or Master Craft piece has nothing to swap and nothing to lose. Spare parts get lost in the casita at a steady rate of one per move, and I've moved twice.

Budget tier

D-Stage and D-Select pieces sit mostly in Beast Kingdom's lower tiers in our data. Most EAA and DAH figures sit in the middle tiers, with the Deluxe DAH sets, the Dewback and Sandtrooper set and the Venompool a tier higher. Master Craft sits near the top. We don't print prices. Use the Check price button.

Who should skip Beast Kingdom

Skip Beast Kingdom if you want figures that match a realistic 6-inch shelf. Egg Attack is stylized, and DAH runs larger than 6 inches. Skip the posable lines, too, if fabric costumes aren't your thing. Several DAH figures list real fabric, and fabric needs a different kind of care than painted plastic.

And skip it for young kids. None of the Beast Kingdom listings in our grid give an age label, and the posable lines come with small hands, effects and weapons. Display pieces first.

Safety and care

Posable figures and dioramas come with small parts: swappable hands, eyes, effect pieces, little weapons, stand pegs. Check the age label on the listing. Toys with small parts are a choking hazard for children under 3. Keep spare parts in a closed box, up high.

For fabric costumes, keep them away from direct sun and dust them with a soft brush, not a cloth that can snag. For one-pose dioramas, lift by the base and keep the box if you think you'll move it.

Beast Kingdom next to other figure makers

For posable figures in similar sizes, compare Mezco, NECA and McFarlane Toys. For statues and display pieces, look at Iron Studios and Diamond Select Toys, and our statues page lists them across makers. For stylized vinyl figures in a different look, Funko is the other big name in the figures section.

What sets the Beast Kingdom grid apart, from the listings alone, is the code system. Few makers in our data put a line code and number on every title. Use it.

Code first, character second, shelf third.

Questions about Beast Kingdom

Is Beast Kingdom a good figure brand?

Here's what the listings show. The posable lines state articulation counts, from 10 points on the Dewback and Sandtrooper Egg Attack set to 26 on several figures, and most list their included parts in detail. D-Stage and Master Craft listings in our data list few specs. We don't have buyer review summaries yet, so we don't rate the brand.

What does Beast Kingdom DAH mean?

DAH is the code for Dynamic 8ction Heroes, Beast Kingdom's larger posable line. The listings in our data with a stated height give 7.8 to 8 inches, and articulation counts of 18 to 26 points. Most DAH listings include swappable hands or heads, and several have fabric costumes or capes, as each listing describes.

What is Beast Kingdom Egg Attack?

Egg Attack is Beast Kingdom's line of stylized figures. The company's site lists several sub-series: MEA mini figures, EAA articulated figures, EAF magnetic floating figures and JEA giant statues. The EAA figures in our grid that state a height list 6 inches, with up to 26 points of articulation.

Where can you buy Beast Kingdom figures in the US?

Every figure in the grid above was listed on Amazon US with delivery to New York when we checked in October 2026. Some are sold by importers or specialty sellers, so read the seller line. Two DC Comics figures in the grid are marked as PREVIEWS Exclusives from San Diego 2025 on their listings.

What is a Beast Kingdom D-Stage diorama?

D-Stage is Beast Kingdom's diorama line, coded DS on the box. Each piece is a character set into a small sculpted scene on one base, so there's nothing to pose. The corporate site also lists a mini version, MDS. Most D-Stage listings in our data don't state a height, so check the box size on the listing before you plan a shelf.
