This page is about corrections and questions for the Weekend Hobbyist editors. A correction is the most useful message you can send: if a spec, an age label, a link or a sentence on any page is wrong, the editors want to know.
What to include in a correction
A short message is fine. These three things make it quick to check:
- The page. Paste the address from your browser.
- What looks wrong. The value, the age label, the product or the sentence.
- A source. A link to the maker's product page, box text or manual, if you have one.
Product values on the site come from makers' pages first and Amazon listings second, so a link to the maker's own page is the fastest way to settle a question. When a value changes, the page's update date changes with it.
Questions about a product
The editors can explain where a value came from or how a list was built. They can't tell you how a product holds up in use, because the site doesn't test products. They also can't answer questions about an order. For shipping, returns or anything else about a purchase, contact Amazon or the seller named on the Amazon product page. For a missing part or a question about assembly, the maker's support page is the right place.
